The outdoor, world food court includes, the rich spices of Afghan Delights, Rungs Thai Kitchen and Taste of Vietnam. You will love the bold flavours of Mukasse foods from Africa, Simply Duck and their French influenced wraps.
All these wonderful, passionate, food companies will provide you with a taste sensation, backed up by another 80 food retailers in our huge football pitch sized marquee, so that you can both eat in and take away.
We have Cheshire Rape Seed oil, Cheshire honey, milk and cheese from some of the best producers in the UK. The great meats of the Bowland Estate in Lancashire also feature alongside the unique taste of North Wales beef and pork.
Seafood is also a must with the Port of Lancaster Smokehouse showing off their superb range of smoked fishes, fresh crabs, prawns, shrimps and some absolute bargain whole Salmon. We have the freshest fruit and veg grown across the county and region on display, and you can wash all of this down with locally brewed bitters, IpA’s, and ciders. This is your chance to meet and talk with master brewers, wine blenders, cocktail makers and coffee baristas.

You drive through wild deer, rare breed sheep, a huge variety of birds and the most beautiful countryside with lakes, mature oaks and of course the original manor as the back drop to this exceptional event.
